Our landlord started using gos a few years ago and they have been great from the start. Today we had a new boiler installed by Sam and Richard it was a big job. The guys were absolutely great friendly and worked really hard to get the job done. Can't recommend this company enough brilliant from start to finish. Thank you

GOS Heating replaced a very old back boiler with a modern Vaillant combi system. The customer is my mother who is almost 91 years old. A couple of issues arose, one relating to the shower with the change from gravity system to pressurised. The other was a non installation related but coincidental electrical promlem. The GOS engineers were patient and tolerant with my elderly mother and saw the job through to a satisfactory conclusion. I have no hesitation in recommending GOS as a reputable and trustworthy company.

Tony arrived on time as promised. Our central heating was fully inspected and safety checked in order to resolve a pressure loss issue. Every procedure was carefully explained and the fault identified and rectified in an expansion vessel very quickly. This service was professional clean and efficient. I shall use GOS Heating for my annual system service in future. Thankyou.

In Autumn 2023 I moved into a property with a quirky heating system that needed urgent replacement as the temperatures were falling. I contacted GOS and they ripped out the old heaters and replaced everything with a top-of-the-range Gas Combi and rads. This has worked efficiently. I have just had the first twelve monthly service; all good. As well as high quality products I liked the fact that the personnel are pleasant and punctual. Recommended.

The workmen were polite and helpful. They arrived on time and finished on schedule leaving the place spotless. The follow up was useful too.

A big thank you GOS for our en suite refurbishment, a bigger job than anticipated. Thoroughly impressed by the experience of dealing with GOS who ultimately installed a new boiler and replaced radiator valves and thermostats. From Nicki, in the office; Tony, who did the survey; and Dave & Richard, who did the installation, the whole process was undertaken in a professional, timely & friendly manner. What also impressed was when, even after being paid, I alerted GOS to a slight leak from one of the radiator valves they arranged for an engineer to visit the next day to remedy the matter. Would I use GOS again? A definite YES!
