GOS Heating replaced a very old back boiler with a modern Vaillant combi system. The customer is my mother who is almost 91 years old. A couple of issues arose, one relating to the shower with the change from gravity system to pressurised. The other was a non installation related but coincidental electrical promlem. The GOS engineers were patient and tolerant with my elderly mother and saw the job through to a satisfactory conclusion. I have no hesitation in recommending GOS as a reputable and trustworthy company.

GOS Heating is the best heating system repair company I have come across in Preston. They are under a good management and the work quality is excellent. The company replaced 7 radiators at my residence and they are working perfectly. The engineers who visited my residence had vast years of experience in the field and knew what they were doing. They are very polite and considerate as well. The office is manned by very friendly staff who will go to any length to ensure that they get the work carried out without any delay. I will recommend GOS Heating for anyone having issues with heating without any reservation.

Thoroughly impressed by the experience of dealing with GOS who ultimately installed a new boiler and replaced radiator valves and thermostats. From Nicki, in the office; Tony, who did the survey; and Dave & Richard, who did the installation, the whole process was undertaken in a professional, timely & friendly manner. What also impressed was when, even after being paid, I alerted GOS to a slight leak from one of the radiator valves they arranged for an engineer to visit the next day to remedy the matter. Would I use GOS again? A definite YES!

This firm attended our house promptly at the agreed time, and carried out a most intricate plumbing investigation and repair. They were not only informative throughout the process, but completed the work in a timely manner and left the workplace spotlessly clean. I would recommend them 100%.

Always use GOS for Gas boiler servicing and have always been very satisfied with the service (especially by Chris B). So when we had problems with a thermostatic bar shower, i had no hesitation in calling GOS.. Tony arrived on time as promised. Our central heating was fully inspected and safety checked in order to resolve a pressure loss issue. Every procedure was carefully explained and the fault identified and rectified in an expansion vessel very quickly. This service was professional clean and efficient. Great service from GOS. Barney came to do our annual service and a couple of faults were found. Referred it back to the office who ok'd the repairs and booked us in at a time and day that suited us. Sam and Liam arrived on time, provided protection for all flooring and units, did an amazing very neat job and left the place immaculate. Both guys had an amazing attitude and left us feeling very comfortable- no question was ignored and happy to work with us as some item estimate covered weren’t need. Kept us informed throughout and brought in support when needed with electrics (as wiring wasn’t as expected/should have been).. Looking to do some further work next year so will be definitely asking GOS to quote and for these guys to be given the work. Sam is very precise in his work and you’d never guess Liam had been with company a month given professionalism he showed and way he answered question. First class service- what more can I say.
