The engineer attending my house on time this morning he serviced my boiler give it a little bit extra love and care which I knew because I hadn't had a gasman he retired but I was impressed with ny service i live in a flat and I need not to worry about my safety and my neighbours thank you very much see you next service

GOS Heating replaced a very old back boiler with a modern Vaillant combi system. The customer is my mother who is almost 91 years old. A couple of issues arose, one relating to the shower with the change from gravity system to pressurised. The other was a non installation related but coincidental electrical promlem. The GOS engineers were patient and tolerant with my elderly mother and saw the job through to a satisfactory conclusion. I have no hesitation in recommending GOS as a reputable and trustworthy company.

In Autumn 2023 I moved into a property with a quirky heating system that needed urgent replacement as the temperatures were falling. I contacted GOS and they ripped out the old heaters and replaced everything with a top-of-the-range Gas Combi and rads. This has worked efficiently. I have just had the first twelve monthly service; all good. As well as high quality products I liked the fact that the personnel are pleasant and punctual. Recommended.

Rang on Friday to request a service and repair, had someone out by Wednesday. Chris came to do our service and within an hour he had completed that and priced up the parts for our repair which should be done in a couple of days. Really happy with the service and Chris was lovely too.

I have used GOS on two major household improvement projects which I couldn't compromise on. They are simply the best. Their knowledge is deep and their planning and execution is first class. Tony arrived on time as promised. Our central heating was fully inspected and safety checked in order to resolve a pressure loss issue. Every procedure was carefully explained and the fault identified and rectified in an expansion vessel very quickly. This service was professional clean and efficient.
