Rang on Friday to request a service and repair, had someone out by Wednesday. Chris came to do our service and within an hour he had completed that and priced up the parts for our repair which should be done in a couple of days. Really happy with the service and Chris was lovely too.

Great service from GOS. Barney came to do our annual service and a couple of faults were found. Referred it back to the office who ok'd the repairs and booked us in at a time and day that suited us. Barney's been back today and sorted the faults for us. Was very thorough and left everything neat and tidy. See you next year Barney 'The Dinosaur'!! 😆 🦖

Engineer Chris Baron came to service our boiler & to have a look at our radiators as one wasn’t warming up as much as the others. He said we wouldn’t need to flush the system but just balance it so that all radiators were getting equally as warm. Once he had done this you could notice a difference straight away. Very pleasant & informative, explaining everything he had done. Great job.

I have used GOS on two major household improvement projects which I couldn't compromise on. They are simply the best. Their knowledge is deep and their planning and execution is first class. All this while being accessible and friendly and not too corporate. That takes skllied leadership, authenticity and a genuine care about the finished product or service, which emanates from call operators to the installers and supervisors. Gos heating have just installed a new boiler and central heating at my grandmother's house. They have done an outstanding job. Great fitters, hard working and courteous, left everything spotless. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you guys!

Excellent service

GOS Heating replaced a very old back boiler with a modern Vaillant combi system. The customer is my mother who is almost 91 years old. A couple of issues arose, one relating to the shower with the change from gravity system to pressurised. The other was a non installation related but coincidental electrical promlem. The GOS engineers were patient and tolerant with my elderly mother and saw the job through to a satisfactory conclusion. I have no hesitation in recommending GOS as a reputable and trustworthy company.

Always use GOS for Gas boiler servicing and have always been very satisfied with the service (especially by Chris B). So when we had problems with a thermostatic bar shower, i had no hesitation in calling GOS.. Chris came to assess the issue, explained what options we had and once we decided to replace, he fitted a new shower bar. Very happy. Thanks Chris!
