Plant room Refurbishment at Avery Tulip Court in Bradford for Housing 21

GOS Services is proud to announce the completion of the plant room at Avery Tulip Court in Bradford for our client, Housing 21.

We have installed 4 x Ideal Evomax 100Kw condensing boilers including cascade kit to provide central heating to the whole building.

We designed, built, and installed a new Building Management System to completely revamp the building’s control protocols. Additionally, we fitted new pumps, pipework, a plate heat exchanger, headers, and an upgraded gas supply and refurbished the plant room.

Solarpv Installation at Penwortham

The GOS Services team are excited to share a recent solar PV installation completed in Penwortham, Preston.

In this project, we installed 12 x 505 Watt panels capable of generating 6.060 kW of solar power. We also equipped the home with a Sunsynk hybrid inverter and a Sunsynk battery system capable of storing 10.24 kWh of electricity. This is an outstanding installation which is not just about powering a home and receiving extra income from SEG Smart Export Guarantee, it’s about embracing clean, renewable energy to contribute towards a sustainable future.

Plant Room Upgrade at Housing 21's Brian Cummings Court in Liverpool

Gos Services have installed three Ideal Evomax 2 boilers to provide central heating to the whole building.

The Domestic Hot Water is being provided by the new ACV Smartline 620 litre fast recovery unvented cylinder, which provides constant hot water for residents and staff 24/7.

We designed, built, and installed a brand new Building Management System to overhaul all the control protocols for the building. Not just that, we installed new pumps, pipework, a plate heat exchanger, headers, an upgraded gas supply, and generally refurbished the plant room.

Edgehill University, Emergency Boiler Replacement

GOS Services delivered essential services to Edgehill University in FoE building with an emergency boiler replacement. We ensured the campus remained warm and fully functional with a temporary boiler installation while we upgraded their system.
