GOS Heating replaced a very old back boiler with a modern Vaillant combi system. The customer is my mother who is almost 91 years old. A couple of issues arose, one relating to the shower with the change from gravity system to pressurised. The other was a non installation related but coincidental electrical promlem. The GOS engineers were patient and tolerant with my elderly mother and saw the job through to a satisfactory conclusion. I have no hesitation in recommending GOS as a reputable and trustworthy company.

Gareth CCalled GOS after the previous plumber couldn't fix a problem with the heating. The lady on the phone was really helpful and found an engineer just finishing up and sent him straight over. Chris was excellent, quickly diagnosing and explaining the problem. He was spot on and had it fixed within minutes. Really nice guy, and refreshing to meet someone with a solid understanding of heating systems and excellent customer service. Will definitely be calling GOS first next time.
